How to understand timecards

How to understand timecards?

Every timecard shows a summary of 10 minutes.

Here is a few timecard examples with description of each area:



1 - Starting period for the timecard (This period is from 1:10 to 1:19:59)

2 - Displays task the user has been working on during that timecard

3 - User's keyboard and mouse activity

4 - Calculated focus score using data from keyboard and mouse activities

5 - Screenshot of the user's main screen

6 - Image taken from the user's webcam *if activated

7 - Idle time - click here to view information regarding Idle timecards

Bar appears blue if focus score is between 51% - 100%
Bar appears orange if focus score is between 31% - 50%
Bar appears red if focus score is between 1% - 30%
Timecard appears idle if focus score is 0%
