Loading Screen Stuck / Can't Click Play
We noticed that some clients had issues with their Windows setup that were missing required dependencies that are required to run the software.
This is not the case for MacOS or Linux users
What are those dependencies?

If you are experiencing this issue, it is possible that your Windows installation is missing a crucial dependency.
You can fix this by installing the most recent Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package.
This is a prerequisite for our application to function.

Quit Deskcove client App
Install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170
Restart your computer_ (sometimes not necessary)_
Open DeskCove Client App.
